“TikTok Login Kit” refers to TikTok’s authentication system used to log in to the Service.

You may use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorized manner.

3. TikTok Login

Our Service uses TikTok Login Kit for authentication. By logging in with TikTok, you also agree to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We receive limited information from TikTok as allowed by the selected scopes (such as user.info.basic) and use it only to provide and operate the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse‑engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Misuse TikTok APIs or violate TikTok’s platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Universe Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Universe Media is not liable for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the Service.
• Any loss of data or content.
• Any issues or changes related to third‑party platforms, including TikTok.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universe Media shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
